Kisumu has had a very wet season and this has given Phoebe and her family many problems to deal with.
The long drop toilets have taken on ground water and filled up. This means the children cannot use them until the levels subside. When they over flow they go onto the school yard. The yard is already very muddy from the continuous down pours. Phoebe is looking to replace these toilets with a new system of 5 cess-pit toilets. This will create a much more hygienic and permanent solution to the schools toilet problems. As you can see the children are still smiling and they have started the new school year with joy and enthusiasm.
Could you help fund this project and help clear the yard so that it is safe for the children Phoebe is helping .
If you can please contact me through this sight, you may be looking for a charity to fund raise with, please think of Phoebe’s Family

The toilet is full and over flows when the rain is torrential, dangerous for the children
